Steambox online review

Today I would like to introduce you to the still young, small liquid smithy "blazen.taste" based in Switzerland.
For this year's "StartUp" they are publishing these four flavors. Experienced, passionate vapers have teamed up here to use all their skills in the development of new, special e-liquids. The aim is to create less sweet "all-day liquids" that do not lose their charm quickly and remain interesting over a long period of time. These liquids are hand-made from start to finish, of course with the best Swiss ingredients, especially free of sugar (sucralose) and dyes, and offer a delicate, tasty and tireless experience - according to the manufacturer.
The bazen.taste liquids are supplied in 50 ml plastic bottles, filled with 40 ml overdosed liquid. It is only refilled with your favorite base / Nic shots and after vigorous shaking, the liquids can be vaporized immediately. There is no manufacturer information on maturation times. I mixed my test candidates a few days ago. So you had time to ripen - now it's time to test!

rebel: The tropical and refreshing cocktail made of passion fruit with anise and mint
Smell: I clearly notice mint and anise. Passion fruit flavors resonate only slightly.
Leak check: The focus here is on a mix of mint and anise - a slight fruity sweetness accompanies this mix
Taste: When steaming, a fine, pleasantly soft mint aroma and a slightly more subtle anise note can be tasted. A little more reserved is on the tip of the tongue and then more clearly when exhaling I notice these fine fruity acid tips of the passion fruit, which sets interesting accents here. The incorporated sweetness is well dosed, has a light effect and supports the taste of the individual components of this liquid without being intrusive. If you change the steam output slightly, the fruity notes are more in the foreground - a pleasant taste experience - fine!

renegade: The gentle seduction of coconut and cranberry
Smell: It smells primarily of coconut - I cannot yet recognize cranberries here.
Leak check: On my finger I taste not only the coconut but also fruity, pleasantly sweet, but also weak, tart notes of the cranberries.
Taste: The dense vapor brings a mix of a well-hit aromatic coconut and the fruity-sour components of the cranberries. Neither of the two main aromas is clearly in the foreground here and both are easy to recognize and taste quite authentic thanks to the sensually incorporated sweetness. Here, too, it appears light and not overly strong. It is a harmonious togetherness - balanced, soft and full-bodied tasting. Very beautiful!

ruffian: The authentic mint with a sweet dash of grape and fiery ginger
Smell: It smells clearly of mint and a little weaker also of ginger. I don't recognize grapes.
Leak check: You can taste pleasantly sweet mint in the foreground. A well-matched grape aroma and the very slight spiciness of the ginger also resonate.
Taste: what is perceived during the leak check is also confirmed when vaping. It carries a fairly authentic fresh mint. It is accompanied by a very well hit, fruity-sweet grape. This mix of grape and mint looks very well balanced and soft. The ginger stays in the background and only gives this liquid creation its characteristic personal note in the form of a warm, reserved sharpness when exhaling, which has a rather rounded role in this construct, but sets the taste i-point.

rowdy: The earthy and soft, delicate walnut taste with a hint of ginger
Smell: Clear and strong aromatic scent of freshly popped walnuts - I don't recognize ginger.
Leak check: A well-hit, pleasantly sweetened, mild-tasting walnut aroma is clearly at the fore here too - I only feel the spiciness and slightly fruity undertones of the ginger very deeply.
Taste: Even when steamed, the nutty, aromatic taste of the walnuts develops first, then mixes with the gentle sweetness and slightly fruity, very subtly perceptible sharpness of the ginger. This aroma combination also appears soft and balanced - without corners and edges. A slight sweetness skilfully rounds off the earthy, slightly spicy tones of the walnut and the weak sharpness of the ginger. Interesting!

Conclusion: The four flavors of blazen.taste tested here are special. They do not impress with their exaggerated sweetness and strong doses of flavor, but with their harmonious balance and a very special balance that exists between the flavors used. And this is how light and soft-looking, and at the same time full-bodied, multi-layered e-liquids were created. The overall impression that these four premium liquids leave on me is consistently positive - I am pleasantly surprised by the taste quality and the very own character that these liquids have. "Suitable for everyday use"? Yes, because these liquids won't lose any of their appeal anytime soon ...
